Service Delivery Policy

AI Growthify (a brand of Adset Digital Marketing) sells digital services only. No physical products are shipped.
1. How services are delivered
All services are delivered online: through your account on our platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), on your website, through your phone number and calendars, and by email and video call.
2. Delivery timeline
• Kickoff call (45 minutes) — within 2 business days of payment • Setup and build — within 7 days of the kickoff call, using the business information and access you provide • Go-live test call — we walk you through your live system and test it together • Text messaging features — live after US carrier (A2P 10DLC) approval, usually 1–3 weeks • Ads, SEO content and reporting (Market Domination Partner) — start within 14 days of the kickoff call • Monthly report — emailed in the first week of each month Delivery depends on you providing the information and access we request. Delays on your side, or on third-party approvals, extend the timeline by the same amount.
3. What each plan includes
Booked-Jobs Engine ($1,500 setup + $1,500/month): 24/7 AI phone and text answering, books jobs on your calendar, missed-call text-back, every new lead called and texted in under 60 seconds, estimate follow-up, review requests, monthly report. Founding Client 6-Month Pass ($6,000, paid in two parts): same features as the Booked-Jobs Engine, with no setup fee. Limited to our first 5 clients. Market Domination Partner ($3,000 setup + $3,000/month): everything in the Booked-Jobs Engine, plus local SEO, Google Business Profile growth, ads management and a monthly strategy call. Starter plan ($299/month, 6-month minimum): website, AI website chat, missed-call text-back and lead alerts.
4. Confirmation of delivery
We confirm by email when each part of your system goes live, with login details and a short walkthrough video.
5. Ongoing services
Monthly services (support, script tuning, reporting, campaigns) are delivered continuously while your subscription is active. Monthly reports are emailed in the first week of each month.
