AI Growthify is a brand of Adset Digital Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("AI Growthify", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit aigrowthify.com, contact us, book a call, talk to our AI assistant, or use our services, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, website, industry, and anything you type into our forms, chat, or tell us on a call. Call and chat records: when you call our AI receptionist or use our website chat, you speak with an AI assistant. Calls and chats may be recorded, transcribed and summarized so we can follow up accurately and improve our service. Booking information: the date and time you choose, and your time zone. Payment information: when you pay an invoice, payment is processed by our payment providers (such as Razorpay, Skydo or Xflow). We do not store your full card or bank details. Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools. Client customer data: if you become a client, we process your customers' and leads' contact details on your behalf to run the systems you've hired us for (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
• To respond to enquiries, book and hold demo and onboarding calls • To deliver, support and improve the services you buy • To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates • To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them • To issue invoices and process payments • To keep our systems secure and prevent fraud or misuse • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. SMS / text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from AI Growthify about your enquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under confidentiality obligations, including: • CRM, calendar, phone, AI voice and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) • Email and productivity tools (such as Google Workspace) • Payment processors (such as Razorpay, Skydo, Xflow) • AI model providers used to power our assistants and content • Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where required We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. International transfers
We are based in India and most of our clients and their customers are in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in India, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
6. Data we process for our clients
When we build systems for a client business, the contact details of that client's customers (for example, callers to their AI receptionist) are controlled by the client. We process that data only on the client's instructions to deliver the service. Questions about that data should go to the business you contacted.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as booking) may not work without them.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: typically for the length of our relationship plus up to 3 years, or longer where tax and accounting law requires. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 12 months unless a client agreement says otherwise.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections provided by our platforms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and US state privacy laws such as California's), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent to the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email support@aigrowthify.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
